I help teams deliver complex digital and fintech solutions, predictably, efficiently, and at scale. With 5+ years in project management and a background in software development (Total experience - 7.9 years), I’ve led multi-stream Agile programs across global clients in the financial services space. My experience spans managing cross-functional teams of up to 40 members, driving delivery across multiple streams. At ClaySys Technologies, I led five parallel delivery streams (Digital, Payments, Operations, Brand and Service) for one of the credit unions, while also serving as Scrum Master for the Digital Stream, driving products from concept to production. My work spanned initiatives such as an AI‑powered chatbot, digital lending platforms, and financial system integrations.Later engagements with another credit union, I continued to lead multiple delivery streams and played a key role in Agile execution. One of the most critical programs I led to production was a large‑scale contact center solution, requiring close collaboration with multiple product managers and coordination across 40+ cross‑functional team members. At present, I work with Creative Capsule on a fintech SaaS product being developed for an alternative lending client.
