Responsibilities-• To make general arrangement drawing as per customer order confirmation document and Factory layout.• To run logic for design inputs using SAP, Winch designer and KC Girder tool.• To make 3D models of parts and assembly as per customer requirement.• To generate detail manufacturing and assembly drawings of parts such as Girder, End carriage, platforms, Multipurpose Winch & Crab trolley outfitting drawings with Geometric Dimensions and Tolerance.• Generation of Bill of material using Teamcenter tool.• Detail checking of drawings to maintain design quality standard.• Revision of drawings as per customer requirements.• Active participation in managing data in Teamcenter.• Knowledge of European crane standards like (EN, DIN),American standards (CMAA) also Indian standards (ISO 3177)• Reviewing designs & calculations for mechanical & structural component of cranes.• Coordination with Global Teams (Germany, China, US, Finland) while working on different projects.
