Total about 23 years of experience. Working as Senior Lead Engineer from last 12-13 years in Design and Detail Engineering. Projects executed of Petrochemical, Ethylene extraction /SPT Olefin Recovery, Power, Chemical, Refinery, Fertilizer, Infrastructure, Commercial Buildings, Pharmaceutical and Industrial Structures. Worked in various phases of project like Proposals, Detailed feasibility Review (DFR), Front end Engineering(FEED),Pre bid engineering, Design / Detailed Engg (EPC), Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Owner\'s Engineer (OE), Bid Evaluation, etc. Worked in various activities on all project like Engineering / Engineering Review/ checking of Structural design calculations/ Drawings for all type of structures (Stick built as well as modules) & Equipment Foundations, Transportation analysis (Land & Sea), Dynamic Pump Foundations, Modification for foundations and structures for brown field projects and site visits. Involved in Engineering of Superstructure (RC as well Pre-stressed) as well substructure for Bridges/ Viaducts / Flyovers etc. Worked on design of subways. Worked on Engineering of many commercial (Steel & Concrete) Buildings and station complexes. Worked engineering of industrial structures for fertilizer, pharmaceutical plants etc. Also worked on Conditional survey of bridges, feasibility study of road / bridges etc. Also worked on finalization of alignment of roads / highways. Worked on Design of basement using micro-piles etc. Also worked on RFQ or Contracts, Client interaction, Model review participation, Preparing LSTK Contract Documents (like Scope of Work, Contract Data Requirement, Technical Compliance Checklist & Geotech Data for Contractor) etc.Also worked on Project execution (leadership activities) experiences like Scope Development, change management, scheduling, planning, Preparation of estimates for man-hours, quantities & number of drawings required for detail engineering, Scheduling, Work share execution plan, staffing forecast, Measurement of progress, Knowledge of engineering software’s such as STAAD Pro, RISA – 3D, SAP, SCIA, STAAD, ANSYS etc. also involved in developing in-house software programs for Civil engineering applications using Visual Basic, Excel, MathCAD etc Worked on American / Canadian / European / Indian / Russian codes for engineering Worked as Discipline Auditor for many Projects. Part of Peer/Gate reviewer Team Portfolio Assignment: Working as Training Coordinator for the department. Conducting/imparting engineering training to all CSA Engineers.
