As a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) at Verizon, I design and implement innovative architecture solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance customer engagement in the IT telecom industry. I have over six years of experience in this role, and I hold an MBA in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Cyber Security, and a Master of Financial Administration in Computer Science and Finance.My core competencies include content management, personalization, microservices, RPA, and search. I have architected the integration of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), PEGA, and AI models to optimize omni-channel customer experience and enable real-time marketing. I have also modernized the agent-facing application using AEM, microservices, and Lucidworks, and designed RPA bots using UIPath to streamline and automate manual processes.
