    Director in the Group Ethics team at Capgemini, leading global initiatives in Ethics Tools transformation and the Ethics in AI program. Serving as a core member of the leadership team, driving strategic innovation and embedding ethical practices into digital tools and AI governance. In 2024, led a global RFP process to identify a new SaaS vendor for Ethics Tools, resulting in the selection of EQS after evaluating 10 vendors. Successfully finalized the contract with EQS in close coordination with Group Legal and Procurement. Managed the end-to-end migration from Convercent/OneTrust to EQS, in collaboration with internal stakeholders including Group IT, Cybersecurity, and other Group functions. Oversaw the configuration and customization of the EQS platform, incorporating feedback from global Ethics & Compliance community and other key stakeholders.Achieved successful go-lives: Declare on 20 January 2025 and SpeakUp on 7 April 2025. Led the global revamp of Capgemini’s Code of Ethics for AI, working with over 22 senior AI experts to integrate strategic and GenAI-related considerations. Drafted a comprehensive proposal for an Ethical Assessment Framework for AI Solutions, currently under executive review. Supporting the broader goal of enhancing ethical maturity across the enterprise.
