Many times, by pursuing these new legal theories, I have turned defendants into plaintiffs who are seeking recovery. I have had the honor of being invited to serve as a Visiting Faculty Member for the Trial Advocacy Workshop at my alma mater, Harvard Law School.APPEALSI have been asked to first chair and argue appeals.
