About Nilay Tiwari
To introduce myself, I am a budding HR professional with experience in Talent management, end-to-end recruitment, Onboarding, HRBP and administrative support through exposures in different industries.Currently I am working as a Assistant Manager (HR & ES) in Jindal Steel & Power and looking after the Talent Management includes Policy framing, Rewards and recognition program, Skill assessment and enhancing of Employees and contractual workforce.Previously I was working as an HR Associate for Amazon, responsibilities being primarily in the area of recruitment and on-boarding. An MBA graduate with Human Resource Management as a major and Operations Management as a minor specialization from Central University of Jharkhand, having demonstrated history of working with startups. A Hotel Management graduate from one of the oldest and best Hospitality Management schools in the country - IHM Kolkata. My experience at IHM Kolkata gave me rich exposure to the Service Industry. It has helped me imbibe values like integrity, responsibility and professionalism. The customer-centric nature of the program and the 17 weeks of Industrial Training as a part of my course greatly invigorated agility and compassion in me - to serve. It also fueled my curiosity to learn more about how businesses work, particularly the Human Resource function.I belong to one of the greenest states of the country - Jharkhand. I love to play sports, Cricket being my all time favorite. In my leisure time, I read and learn about the automobile industry which greatly interests me. My hobbies are travelling and photography.
