About Nilanjana Dutta
I currently work as a product manager at Microsoft, building solutions & capabilities in the healthcare & life sciences domain. Prior to this, I completed my MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2022. During my journey, I developed a deep interest in Product Management and gradually delved into the domain through case competitions, formal certifications, and elective courses. I have won several accolades in coveted national PM case competitions, like Microsoft PM Engage, Myntra Stylbiz, and Publicis Sapient Product Spotlight. For my summer internship during MBA, I worked on a project to digitize the rewards and recognitions system at Welspun Group, one of India\'s largest conglomerates. Prior to joining XLRI, I worked as an ETL/BI developer and have gained a wholesome experience in building data warehousing & reporting solutions using Informatica, Talend Open Studio, SQL/PLSQL, Unix, SAP Business Objects, and Infor BI. In addition to technical analysis, I have been an integral part of the data analysis team for a number of Fortune 500 organizations, and have led multiple projects following both Agile and waterfall methodologies.
