Independent review, drafting and frontline negotiation of sales contracts relating to HPE IT products, professional services and cloud services contracts (Master Service Agreements, Supply Agreements, Cloud Services Agreements, primarily to sell Greenlake services), global framework agreements, SOW’s, Purchase Orders and tender documents for APAC, Japan, Taiwan regions. Conducted an exercise to prepare and implement a compliance framework for entities in ten countries. c. Reviewed and advised senior legal management on intercompany agreements relating to leasing. d. Helped design a compliance framework to ensure compliance with privacy laws across North America and Europe. e. Supported post-M&A activities. f. Member of a special practice group within the broader HPE Legal team working on limited duration projects relating to new technology.4. Capacity Building including training new joiners in the team and handholding junior resources during live transactions. Taking ownership in drafting and updating the HPE contracting playbook for Asia-Pacific region.
