ABOUT NILADRI SINHA
As the Vice Curator of the Kolkata Hub of the Global Shapers Community, I lead a network of young changemakers who are driven by the mission of improving the state of the world. Alongside my role, I also serve as a Selection Review Committee member at Teach For India, where I assess and interview potential fellows who aspire to transform the education system. I have over two years of experience as an Onboarding Specialist at the Global Shapers Community, where I facilitated the induction and orientation of new members and partners. I have developed and honed my skills in presentations, training, and attention to detail through these roles. I am currently pursuing a degree in Educational Leadership and Administration at the Aspire Institute, after completing my Bachelor\'s in Economics from the University of Calcutta. I hold a Cultivating Awareness and Resilience in Education certificate from the CARE Foundation, and a certificate from the National Cadet Corps of India. I am passionate about education, leadership, and social impact, and I strive to create positive and lasting change in my community and beyond.
