I am currently working as a Propulsion and CFD Engineer, actively engaged in various aspects of liquid rocket engine development (both cryogenic and earth-storable). My work includes chemical kinetics modeling, 3D spray combustion modeling, conceptual design of a 3D-printed torch igniter for a Methalox engine, Preparation of test request documents, design of impingement and coaxial swirl injectors, two-phase flow CFD analysis of regenerative cooling channels, conjugate heat transfer analysis, numerical modeling of start transients in pulse-mode thrusters, preparation of vehicle data books and Design report generation.In addition to design & simulation work, I have conducted experimental validation work, including shadowgraphy and non-imaging techniques such as Laser Doppler Anemometry (LDA) and Phase Doppler Anemometry (PDA). These efforts aim to validate spray topology, droplet size, and distribution characteristics to support CFD results and qualify injector designs.
