Currently working as Sr. Associate in Debit Card Fraud Reporting & Analytics since January 2023 Perform the monthly Charge-off (Write-off) process to monitor the losses and recovery of the debit card fraud cases. Run monthly Deep Dive reporting to monitor fraud basis loss types, vendor performance, authorizations, and monthly fraud loss trends. Process monthly debit card fraud governance data to present to Senior Management. Drive Quarterly Governance meetings and reporting to Senior Management and respective stakeholders. Provide monthly fraud loss report to cross functions. Run daily claims distribution report to monitor team’s performance and add high priority cases. Submit monthly Auriemma report for the firm. Helped RPA team to develop bot for a process to reduce manual work. Previous role involved Debit card investigations and strategy. Handled a team of 3 persons of external partner to train them on current process, mentor and perform QC checks. Debit Fraud associate receives the Debit Card fraud claims from the fraud initiation team in Actimize, which are reported fraud by the customer to review provision credit, applicable Fees, Interest charges that were issued to the customer\'s account, documents received from the customer helps us in identifying chargeback opportunities & resolving the claim and notify the customer & associations. Perform reconciliations. Training and mentoring new joiners, external partners and managing team’s responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity and keeping track of it. Monitor client’s card limits and address their need of change in the limits. Training and mentoring new joiners.
