My journey in the field has been shaped by extensive hands-on training and practical experiences, which have honed my analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Throughout my academic and professional career, I have actively sought opportunities to deepen my expertise and stay at the forefront of biotechnological advancements. Notable among these experiences are several national-level training programs sponsored by GSBTM, where I engaged in cutting-edge techniques and methodologies:Animal Cell Culture and Cytotoxicity Assay: I developed proficiency in aseptic techniques, cell culture of the HeLa cell line, sub-culturing, cell counting, viability calculations and cytotoxicity assays (MTT assay) through hands-on training at Dr. K C Patel R&D Centre (KRADLE), Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT).Molecular Diagnostics: At Atmiya University, I explored plant transcriptome analysis, comparative genomics, AI in genomics, gut microbiome metagenomics, pathogen detection, and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) gene detection, bridging molecular diagnostics from bench to computer.Capillary Sequencing and Fragment Analysis: My training with Gujarat Biotechnology Research Centre (GBRC) and National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) involved DNA fingerprinting, nucleic acid isolation, PCR, gel electrophoresis, cycle sequencing, capillary electrophoresis, SNP genotyping, and sequence data analysis.Sophisticated Analytical Techniques: At Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSMCRI), I gained hands-on experience with advanced instruments such as TEM, FE-SEM, P-XRD, WD-XRF, ICP-MS and GC-MS.These experiences have ignited a passion for innovation and excellence in biotechnology. I am recognized for my quick learning ability, adaptability, and commitment to achieving both team and organizational goals. I am eager to contribute my skills, fresh perspectives, and strong work ethic to a dynamic, forward-thinking firm in the biotechnology sector.
