I have a Diploma in mechanical engineering and an advanced diploma in marine engineering, as well as certifications in computer-aided mechanical drafting and mechanical maintenance. Completed professional graduate programmed in Mechanical Engineering. I am skilled in commissioning, overhauling, and repairing various types of mechanical, rotating, and static equipment, such as LNG pumps, gas turbines, compressors, diesel engines, and unloading arms. I have also managed project executions, reduced equipment downtime, and coordinated plant turnarounds. I am passionate about providing innovative solutions, enhancing operational effectiveness, and ensuring quality and reliability of equipment.    Responsible for planning, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of plant equipment in compliance with Shell safety and Design Engineering Practice. Systematic function of Maintenance which include:o Lubrication (Manufacturing Recommendations)o Inspection (Technical Experience)o Overhauling (History of Machine)( LNG Pumps, Gas Turbine, IHI BOG Compressor, FMC Unloading arms, Seawater Lift pumps, Air compressor, Diesel Engine etc)o Replacement (Complaints of Breakdown, Analysis of History and Techno-economic Evaluation)o Visualisation of the nature & Details of work Providing indigenous innovative solutions for fixing routine issues and developing solutions to reduce equipment downtime such as multistage pump rotor refurbishing fixture. Recognised for independent completion of planning and overhauling of LNG service multistage pump without OEM support. Instrumental in the preparation of jig-flushing tools for removal for pump debris from 40 m LNG tank (and LNG column flushing to avoid any future damages). Reduced maintenance time by development of in-house unloading arms cryogenic seal replacement. New Initiatives-o Savings of up to 50K USD – Taking independent assignment of in-house major pump-maintenance for cryogenic send-out pump without any OEM support.o Refurbishment of critical compressor spares such as valve and gas packings to avoid new purchase of import goods (savings up to 10k USD). HSSE Responsibilities-o Obtained HSE-compliant permit-to-work from the Plant Operations to work safely on the equipment. o Assessed risk for all day-to-day jobs that was carried out and voice out any unsafe conditions noticedo Conducted Job Hazard Analysis prior to execution of job in presence of all stake-holders. o Ensured full compliance with Life Safety Rules (LSR) & General Safe Practices at all times to achieve Goal Zero.
