Currently working as a Contract Specialist at Verizon, where I support commercial contracting and risk management across global operations. Previously, I served as the Legal Compliance Team Head at Kaar Technologies, leading legal and compliance functions across 10 countries. Over four years, I managed contracts and legal documents for customers, supply chains, investors, and employees—maintaining a 98–100% SLA. I was honored with the “Innovative Leader in Contractual Risk Management” award at the Global Legal Summit 2024 in New Delhi. Highlights from my time at Kaar: • Recovered long-outstanding debts, contributing to a 15% increase in profit before tax • Achieved an 85% success rate in disputes across the GCC, with 17% resolved through negotiation • Boosted ESG score from 0% to 60% through a new compliance model • Raised compliance rates from 88% to 97% in FY23–24 through automation and process streamlining I hold a Bachelor of Laws from VIT University and a Postgraduate Diploma in GIS and Remote Sensing Laws from NALSAR University. I’m a Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) and have completed my L.L.M in Corporate and Financial Law at O.P. Jindal Global University.
