ABOUT NIKOLETT KULCSAR
Hi there, I’m Nikolett. Over the past decade, I’ve built award-winning pharma brand ecosystems across neuroscience, immunology, and respiratory medicine, helping teams navigate complex scientific and commercial challenges to deliver meaningful business outcomes.I specialise in global brand building, early commercialisation, and evidence-led planning. Across roles at AbbVie and GSK, I’ve led launches, delivered omnichannel programmes, aligned global and local teams, reshaped internal communications, and managed high-value initiatives across regions and therapeutic areas. In my current global neuroscience role at AbbVie, I help accelerate portfolio strategy by strengthening alignment between global and market teams, improving operating models, and ensuring global programmes translate into real-world impact. Previously, I led a JAK inhibitor across four rheumatology indications, delivered category leadership across 20 clinics, and was selected for AbbVie’s Future Leaders Programme.Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in commercial management, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement. I’ve managed agencies, driven sustained double-digit brand growth, launched new digital channels including a healthcare podcast, and represented brands at major international congresses.Alongside industry roles, I founded an NGO focused on responsible medicine use, reflecting a long-standing commitment to public health education and ethical engagement. What motivates me is bringing structure to complexity. Strong strategy, clear communication, and disciplined execution are the tools. The aim is simple: work that creates meaningful impact for patients, partners, and the organisation.
