Leadership and Team Management:Provide leadership and guidance to a regional team, including staff and volunteers.Recruit, train, and manage personnel as needed.Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.Ensure staff performance aligns with organizational goals. Data Analysis and Reporting:Track and report on program metrics, such as deliverables, measures of success, and financial performance.Analyze program data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.Prepare reports for the Director and other stakeholders. Program Specific Duties for TeachNC:Work with school district administrators and teacher mentors to identify and select potential participants for programs.Provide training and support to program participants and staff.Support students in obtaining placement and provide college readiness and transition counseling.
