I\'m a Social Psychologist with an academic background in Organizational Psychology. My career in psychology and bicultural upbringing,(being born into a Peruvian family, and having been able to live and work in Peru), I believe give me an edge when working with multicultural teams and building spaces of understanding and collaboration.
