ABOUT NIKOLAS SKALSKI

Nikolas Skalski, known as Niko, is a graduate of the University of Tampa, Class of 2022, with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Law, Justice, and Advocacy (Pre-Law). His career began at Kingsbury Financial Advisors, a startup financial advising firm, where he embraced multiple roles as an entrepreneur, marketing innovator, client service leader, and private wealth advisor. His time at Kingsbury FA was instrumental in honing his entrepreneurial and organizational skills, allowing him to contribute significantly across various aspects of the business while expanding his client portfolio. After working as a Financial Advisor, he sought new opportunities in the legal and real estate industries that were not available in his previous role.In July of 2023, Niko accepted a position as a Business Operations Associate at Frazier & Bowles, Attorneys at Law, drawn by its combination of three of his core interests—law, real estate, and business administration. In this role, he leveraged the entrepreneurial and organizational skills developed at Kingsbury FA to help grow and advance the firm\'s Legal Enforcement Project. Under his leadership, the Enforcement Project experienced exponential growth through the mechanization and organization of the homeowner notification process, leading to his promotion to Legal Analyst and eventually Senior Business Operations Coordinator. In this capacity, he now focuses on supporting attorneys, real estate developer clients, and internal business partners.In February of 2024, pursuing a lifelong dream of entering the short-term, long-term, and vacation rental real estate market, Niko purchased his first rental property. He spends his weekends improving the property and planning for his next acquisition, with aspirations to expand his rental business. He is also currently considering business school.Outside of his professional endeavors, Niko is an avid ice hockey player, serving as both manager and captain of the RAYDAHS ice hockey team. Now in its eighth season, the team has grown to over 20 members, and he hopes to establish an additional team to provide more opportunities for players to get on the ice multiple times a week. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and spending time outdoors. In 2023, he completed his 25-ton Master\'s Captain\'s License, authorizing him to operate USCG-inspected vessels up to 49 gross tons.
