I founded American AI & Automation (AAIA) to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) save time, cut costs, and scale faster through AI-driven automation. As the company grew, we expanded our focus to serve large enterprises as well, bringing in an experienced C-level team with proven track records to lead that growth.Our work centers on non-disruptive, non-intrusive workflow automation — streamlining operations, automating repetitive tasks, and improving efficiency without increasing overhead. We partner with organizations across industries, including the government and public sector, where we build solutions for backend office processes and customer experience (CX) tools such as voice agents and chatbots.In addition to enterprise and public-sector projects, we also support the education community by helping individuals whose jobs have been impacted by automation. We developed an AI-integrated LMS & SIS platform that brings multiple education systems together in one human-first, AI-augmented environment to make upskilling and reskilling more accessible.
