ABOUT NIKOLAI GERASIMOV
I am currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Cambridge, building on a foundation of technical leadership in engineering. With a PhD in Engineering and Chartered Engineer status, I’ve worked across industries, most recently as a Hydrogen Technical Adviser at Airbus in Germany, where I led strategic initiatives to advance sustainable aviation. Prior to that, I contributed to high-impact projects as a Senior Engineer at Foster + Partners in London. I am committed to taking a long-term view in my work, focusing on creating lasting value. Managing complex, multimillion-euro projects has strengthened my focus on operational efficiency and process improvement to drive better performance and outcomes. I’m drawn to organisations that innovate, adapt, and improve continuously, not only to deliver better products, but also to build more efficient, effective, and fulfilling work environments.
