Registered Dietitian and experienced practitioner within the healthcare sector where my particular interests have been in adult and child weight management. I have vast experience in content delivery including behaviour change and motivational interviewing alongside a specialist interest in bariatric surgery and medical management of obesity (including Orlistat and GLP-1s).In my free time, I love to keep fit through attending the gym regularly which balances out my love of all foods (yes, that includes cake!)Fun Fact: I have my black belt in kickboxing!
