With a strong foundation in utility-scale solar, including California’s Genesis project and Arizona’s Solano project—both among the largest in the world at their time—Nik brings deep experience to every endeavor.As the Co-Founder and COO of EverWatt, Nik has been instrumental in expanding the company from a lighting-focused firm into a full-service Energy Service Company specializing in lighting, HVAC optimization, EV charging, battery storage, demand response, and advanced energy solutions. He oversees all product design, customization, and alterations—ensuring every solution is tailored for performance, cost-effectiveness, and ease of installation. He also leads all controls-related initiatives, from selecting hardware and configuring networks to commissioning systems in the field.Nik leads all major business development efforts and is directly responsible for EverWatt’s largest customer engagements. He develops and manages critical relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and controls specialists, while also building strong alliances with utilities and incentive program partners. Additionally, Nik oversees subcontractors, engineering teams, architectural partners, manufacturing plants, and all major suppliers and strategic partnerships—both in the U.S. and across the globe.In every facet of his work, Nik combines technical expertise with operational leadership, positioning EverWatt as a national force in energy efficiency and a trusted partner across commercial, healthcare, and institutional markets.
