ABOUT NIKLAS OLDIGES

In my role as Finance Europe West Practice leader at EY, I am passionate about people centric leadership and bringing our team to the next level. Personally, I am huge fan of Patrick Lencioni \"The Five Dysfunctions of a Team\" and leveraging his ideas of building trust and \'healthy conflict\' to establish highest performing teams. On the client side all my enthusiasm and passion is with building high performing Global Business Services organizations leveraging our three core \'transformation realized\' enablers at EY: humans@center, innovation@scale and technology@speed. I like speaking on \"The Art of the Possible in GBS\",\"The Future of Finance\" and other transformation topics at conferences, keynotes and strategy workshops. Specific areas of expertise include: 1) Driving strategy, design and optimization of multifunctional/digital GBS and SSC organizations 2) Automating business services through digital platforms (e.g. RPA, machine learning, AI) 3) Enabling clients to successfully implement end-to-end process transformations 4) Establishing target operating models for agile administrative functions and lean HQs Personally I love skiing, hiking and sailing with our family here in beautiful Bavaria and travelling both on business and during holidays.
