Former German Navy Officer with 13 years of experience in strategic analysis, project management and international stakeholder coordination. Throughout my career I have led diverse, cross-cultural teams in high-stakes environments and managed complex projects involving multiple national and international stakeholders - while always delivering structured solutions as well as leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills. My professional journey has shaped me into a strategic thinker, resilient decision-maker and highly assertive intercultural communicator, passionate about navigating projects as well change initiatives. Most recently and in addition to various courses I have taken, I have completed my MBA in International Management, reinforcing my commitment to lifelong learning. Shaped by an exchange year in Panama and enriched by daily intercultural exchange with my Colombian wife, I bring cultural sensitivity and a cosmopolitan mindset to everything I do — which on a personal level translates into travelling and other cultural experiences.
