ABOUT NIKLAS ZOLPER
I moved to Munich at 18 to study Communication and North American Studies. Alongside, I joined a corporate finance startup – without any clue about finance, yet in charge of literally everything else. Marketing, recruiting, press, office management… basically CEO, minus the salary (and the expertise).Today I’m at BCG, making sure our employer brand keeps up with Gen Z expectations (spoiler: not exactly the easiest target group). I manage all recruiting social media activities across the GSA/DACH region and build storytelling formats that make BCG stand out to the next generation of talent.
