ABOUT NIKLAS TRZASKOWSKI

I focus on helping both individuals and organizations reach their goals. My areas of interest include leadership, business strategy, organizational effectiveness and culture, workforce development, technological transformation, academic innovation, artificial intelligence (specifically related to workplace efficiency, access to AI tools, and its impact on economic developments and education), and the competitive landscape of higher education.Currently, I hold two distinct roles at Maryville College in Tennessee: Director of the Career Center and Staff Council Chair. In my role as Director of the Career Center, I collaborate with faculty, staff, and industry partners to enhance college students\' readiness for the workforce and equip them for success upon graduation. I oversee the Career Center\'s programming, advise the direction of the Maryville College Works program (a career preparation program integrated into the curriculum), and provide support and guidance to the staff of the Center.As Staff Council Chair, I serve on the President’s cabinet, providing a staff perspective on decisions and bringing forward the perspectives and priorities of the council to the leadership of the institution.My CliftonStrengths are: 1.
