Lead and manage end-to-end property transitions, including pre, mid, and post-transition phases, ensuring seamless handoff from former ownership and management.• Collaborate closely with Regional Managers, VPs, internal departments, executives, and clients to align transition strategy with business goals and client objectives.• Document integration requirements and specifications, adhering to project timelines while performing critical administrative tasks to support operational readiness.• Oversee PMS and CRM system conversions, including data collection (ETL files), digital assets, banking requirements, and setup of new bank accounts.• Coordinate the selection and implementation of property systems, ILS platforms, and ancillary services tailored to client and operational needs.• Conduct on-site technology onboarding, assess operational stress points across administrative and maintenance functions, and identify pre-existing legal or liability concerns.• Facilitate exit interviews with outgoing management and execute the transfer of utility accounts, vendor contracts, permits, and licenses.• Train and onboard new site associates on Avenue5’s preferred platforms, partnerships, policies, and procedures.• Ensure internal teams receive required data and deliverables for rapid system and website go-live.• Provide post-transition support to site teams and Regional Managers to ensure operational performance meets Avenue5 and client expectations.• Support teams with additional support such as remote and onsite office support and regional opportunities such as Due Diligence
