Everyone has something to say, but not everyone has a voice. To communicate with \"voice\" is to speak with mission-driven intention while equipping your audience with information that empowers them to take action. I shape the voice of organizations and oversee communication projects that engage audiences while delivering on organizational goals.I align an organization\'s voice by building relationships with internal stakeholders while empathizing with its audience. Through robust project plans and processes, stakeholders have a line of sight into a communication project\'s status and objectives.I\'ve led HR communications at IU Health during the COVID-19 pandemic and talent shortage for team members, supported the merger of Beaumont Health and Spectrum Health into Corewell Health, and advised Liberty Dental Insurance through a revised open enrollment process.Currently, I\'m a storyteller at Indiana University in the Office of University Communications and Marketing. I collaborate with communications leaders across the state to bring attention to the incredible work of faculty and students through owned and earned media.My specialties include: process improvement, strategic and creative thinking, consensus building, relationship management, synthesizing complex information, problem-solving and writing
