She started her professional acting career in the theatre, performing in Chicago, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. During years of performing professional theatre and improv in Chicago, she also performed her one-person show \"Something From Nothing,\" later writing and performing her 2nd one-person show:\"Shakespeare Gets His M.F.A\"-a comic tour for the audience through the joy and pain of her two years of M.F.A. grad school auditions. Since settling in LA, she has performed in independent films, plays, improv comedy at The Groundlings and LA Connection Comedy Theatre, and narrated audiobooks for Audible. She also wrote and directed the plays \"Caged Love\" and \"In the Family Way\"-both produced in LA. Along with her husband and fellow actor Nathan Inzerillo, she co-wrote, co-directed, and starred in the short comedy film \"Lynette and Belinda.\" They also collaborate, through their production company Vast Improvement Productions, on the hosting, producing, and writing for their podcast Theatre Couch, which dives deep every episode into a new play/playwright. She holds a BA in both theatre and history from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, meaning she also holds a BA in staying warm.
