   Red Flag is a consultancy company with a focus on projects involving ethics management, training, internal auditing, risk management, research, due diligence and evaluations for public and private sector organizations.As a Project Manager and Lead, I served as a core member for several consultancy assignments involving research, analysis, analytics, data gathering, consultations amongst others.Notable Assignments: Executed due diligence and industry compliance for 16 microfinance institutions in India as team lead, gained experience on grass-root workings for microfinance loans to clients. Formulated Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for Green Climate Fund as part of the team. Assisted management on research project titled ‘Anti-corruption efforts of Seychelles’ commissioned by the Commonwealth Secretariat. Administered consultant contracts for service delivery and payments, tax compliance and client satisfaction surveys.
