With over 30 years’ experience of running businesses, specialised in working with SME owner-managers/entrepreneurs, my focus is building highly effective teams by harnessing the power of technology whilst keeping a down-to-earth family feel that resonates with our customers.\\\\n\\\\nAd Valorem is a one-of-a-kind accountancy practice, which attracts a diverse range of skill sets, not normally found in a smaller accounting firm. We use technology to provide a wide range of bookkeeping, accounting, and business growth support services, specifically for the micro/SME market, giving access to experience and insight that quite often small businesses can’t afford or are simply not aware of.\\\\n\\\\nWe recognise the constant need to monitor, not only our clients\' business performance but also appraise their other personal assets.
