We have over 35 years of real estate experience with excellence in operations and investment management.Throughout my career, I\'ve managed all asset types for some of the largest commercial real estate owners in the industry to include Physicians Realty Trust (now Healthpeak), Healthcare Trust of America, Duke Realty, LNR Partners and TIAA CREF (Nuveen) to private owners and hospital systems. My expertise is building and training teams to implement ownership\'s goals while seeking cost reduction strategies to maximize cash flow. I have been an active member of BOMA in both the BOMA Georgia local as a Director on the Board of Directors as well as Government Affairs committee member and the Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches local as a Future Leader. I\'m also a member of the USGBC and am a licensed State of Georgia Salesperson as well as LEED accredited. CPM designation is pending.
