I am a seasoned workplace operations leader with over eight years of experience designing, managing, and optimizing employee-centered environments across high-growth tech offices. Recognized for building inclusive teams and elevating service delivery standards, I bring a strong foundation in facilities oversight and cross-functional collaboration across departments like Real Estate, IT, Talent, and Finance.Throughout my career at Netflix, I progressed from coordinator-level support to leading all workplace operations at the company’s Los Gatos HQ and overseeing additional campuses in Seattle and Boulder. I have successfully delivered large-scale office enhancements, tenant improvements, capital project support, and long-term space planning while keeping the daily experience seamless for employees and stakeholders alike. My work spans the full workplace ecosystem, from reception and food services to sustainability, EHS, onboarding, and vendor management.Currently, I am the Workplace Manager for Netflix, where I direct daily operations across multiple sites and lead high-impact projects to improve facilities, safety, and overall experience.
