My first and most important role as a mortgage agent is to ensure I serve my client in the very best possible way I can. I do this in various ways. First and foremost, I try to understand what my client is looking for and how best to satisfy their needs. That includes providing education, advice, options. Once I understand their needs, and understand what they want, I can provide options that they may not know exist for them. This is my role! I take it seriously, and I work hard at ensuring my clients become my number one fan.
