   Completed a successful 6-day onsite Snowflake meeting of attendees and vendors• Collaborated with other staff on meeting room set-up, clean-up, and materials management throughout the Oregon Convention Center (over 1 million square feet)• Helped register over of the attendees and provided valuable information at a satellite location• Co-managed a breakout room of attendees o Coordinated with the client, AV production, F&B, and materials manager to ensure room was fully set and the breakout ran properly o Co-managed temp staff to ensure all attendee badges were scanned properly• Independently managed a breakout of 640 attendees o Coordinated with the client, AV production, scanner manager, and materials manager to ensure room was fully set and the 3 different iterations of the breakout ran properly o Managed temp staff to ensure all attendee badges were scanned properly during 3 different iterations of the breakout o Ran microphones during Q&A o Managed a materials turnaround for 64 tables between breakout sessions in 15 minutes• Independently managed the temp staff during a dine-around to ensure all attendees knew where our dine-around venue was within a large mall and then coordinated their departure onto different shuttles• Collaborated with other staff on wayfinding attendees to their different shuttle lines on 3 evenings of the conference• Collaborated with other staff to ensure all attendees found their way while walking to the Moda Center for the offsite conference party on the final night o Managed temp staff by placing them at strategic locations and finding glow wands so the attendees could see them in the dark during departure to the shuttles
