About Nikki Rowling

I founded Titan Music Group in March of 2007, where we make the mojo happen for our clients. We provide first in class data-driven marketing analytics, business plan creation, and systems development for artists, labels, and their investors. We also provde consulting services to review and improve existing business plans and marketing infrastructure for both new entrepreneurs seeking funding as well as existing companies.Previously, I co-founded the Austin Music Foundation, built and ran it for a number of years, during which the organization went from concept to a nationally-recognized model of independent artist support. I have been involved in a number of music initiatives over the years in the for-profit, nonprofit, and government arenas, and I particularly enjoy creating and building new models of economic development for the arts. I arrived to the music business as an ardent music fan and a high-tech startup refugee. I was an early-stage employee in two B-to-B high-tech start-ups in the Austin area starting in the mid-1990s, where I specialized in business development with fortune 200 companies, negotiation of channel partnership deals, and strategic development of new vertical markets.Specialties: Entrepreneurship, strategic model mapping, systems development, fundraising, analytics-based marketing, artist development, community-building, and general all-around upstart.
