ABOUT NIKKI PETRAGLIA
I am a Marketing major with a concentration in Professional Sales at the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Throughout my academic and leadership experiences, I’ve developed strengths in communication, relationship-building, and creative problem-solving. As a SET Leader for Kappa Delta, I supported new members through onboarding, helping them understand chapter values while fostering an environment of trust, communication, and connection—an experience that strengthened my ability to lead and guide others. I’ve also gained practical skills in social media management and design through managing various social platforms and building digital content using Canva, which has allowed me to apply creativity to real projects and understand how branding works in practice.Looking ahead, I aim to build a career in marketing where I can combine creativity with strategic thinking, specifically through roles in digital marketing, brand development, or professional sales. I’m motivated to continue gaining hands-on experience through organizations like AMA and future internships, with the long-term goal of launching an entrepreneurial venture of my own. I’m committed to continuous learning and to developing into a marketing professional who brings innovation, collaboration, and results to every opportunity.
