ABOUT NIKKI PASEK
I’m an experienced leader in public services and have a genuine desire to help others develop their leadership skills. Authentic, visionary and collaborative leaders are key to the success of any organisation as they can confidently lead teams, develop their networks and manage change.I provide a range of leadership training and mentoring services to help develop and support leaders at all levels. I developed the Regulatory Leadership programme (accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management) specifically to support leaders form my professional background. I also developed the Aspiring Leaders programme to ensure that we give all our future leaders the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in the future. In addition to my leadership development work, I have the skills to develop high level strategies for organisations as well as the practical experience to help improve operational delivery. I have a strong community ethos and love to develop work that delivers genuine results for the public. I’m now helping the public sector, charities and non-profits to deliver their aims and objectives.
