An experienced consulting leader, Nikki is highly accomplished in leading, developing, motivating, and retaining cross-functional, multi-region teams across industries. From initial strategy sessions with executives to coaching every level of end-users, Nikki’s true talent in this field comes from her ability to see people as individuals within the larger group. She loves helping her clients succeed in large-scale change while also helping each end-user experience success in their individual role. Nikki believes change should not be a formalized, stringent journey, but rather an opportunity to coach and create buy-in from individuals and groups effectively so that they adopt change organically, resulting in a more streamlined and efficient solution for all.In addition to her consulting work, Nikki is a wife, mother of three school aged children, head middle school volleyball coach, and an active volunteer who is a passionate advocate for supporting the socioeconomic mobility of the youth of Charlotte, North Carolina. She is also a proud breast cancer survivor who almost always has some amount of pink in her hair as a conversation starter to teach other women about the importance of early detection.
