ABOUT NIKKI MCGEE
As a Subject Specialist Lead in Religious Studies at Inspiration Trust, I have led the curriculum and assessment development across the trust for RS since 2020. I have also led our RS SCITT course and deliver training to ECTs across all subjects. I also serve on the Executive for NATRE, the national teacher’s association for religious education. With over 25 years of experience in teaching and leadership roles, I have developed a strong expertise in staff training, behaviour management, and curriculum design. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from King\'s College London and a PGCE in RE from the Institute of Education. I have studied degree level courses in philosophy and psychology with the Open UniversityI achieved 100% in my National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) whilst working at Lytchett Minster School and I have recently complete the NPQ in leading teacher development.I
