Reports to the VP of Communications to develop and implement strategic communications strategies that align to and support business operations initiatives (e.g, process improvements, system upgrades, policies and procedures, etc.). Serves as a trusted advisor and partner to senior executives and stakeholders across Human Resources, IT, Legal and other functions, helping implement internal communication strategies, campaigns and initiatives that align to Alignment’s business strategy and help embed operational excellence. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing content across multiple channels (e.g, emails, manager guides, intranet articles, employee stories, etc.), and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and narrative across departments and channels. Leads management of communications processes and technology, including the internal communications request form, 18-month look-ahead editorial calendar, internal communications annual strategic plan, maturity matrix, metrics scorecard, day-to-day templates and Workshop email platform. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- Co-leads production of quarterly, virtual all-employee Town Halls; working with C-suite executives to ensure consistent messaging that aligns employees to company strategy and delivers clear calls to action- Implemented Workshop, an internal email automation platform to report campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions- Company intranet editor-in-chief, responsible for collaborating across departments and streamlining pages with consistent voice, tone, and company story- Led multi-channel, multi-touch change management communications in 2024 for implementing Workday, an HR platform used by all employees
