Manage multiple artwork projects across Personal Care. Working on brands such as Dove, Rexona, Sure, Lynx, Sunsilk and Alberto Balsam within key global markets e.g. NA, EU, LATAM• Collaborate with marketing and design agencies during design phase, to provide expert guidance and technical inputs• Maintain strong supplier relationships with pack printers through regular communications and reviews• Setup and run pre-production meetings bringing together design agencies, print management agencies, printers, and internal stakeholders to discuss approved designs and ensure quality and consistency is maintained through to packaging delivery• Collaborate with external project management team to manage and track critical path (CPA) tasks per launch phase. Ensuring high risks tasks are flagged and escalated where necessary. Working alongside cross functional teams e.g. R&D, Formulations and Supply Chain• Work with marketing to ensure visibility of artwork spend and cost, to ensure printed packaging is optimised for cost e.g. print process, number of colours • Manage packaging sample selection with brand team • Collect insights from reports shared by process team and drive actions with cross functional teams to support business with speed and agility• Create and manage projects within the internal artwork management system BLUE, adhering to defined artwork process. Managing elements such as pack copy and brand guideline adherence.• Deliver digital pack images to be used across various online platforms• Ensure print management agency follows the approved rate cards and service level agreements• Attend packaging innovations shows and relevant design fairs to keep up to date with latest industry developments, including driving sustainability agenda
