ve spent my career building solutions that make life better for people and communities. My background includes work in product innovation, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship, where I was honored to receive national recognition for developing practical, people-centered tools.While working as a licensed Realtor, I stepped into the classroom as a substitute teacher and saw firsthand how many educators were struggling with housing stability. That experience led me to create the Teachers Home Project, a nonprofit that helps K–12 educators access homebuyer education and reduce closing-cost barriers so they can live closer to the schools and students they serve.Today, I combine my experience in innovation, education, and real estate to support teachers in meaningful, tangible ways. I also speak on teacher housing, retention, and community stability, sharing this work with audiences who care about strengthening schools and building more connected communities. I believe that when teachers are able to put down roots, entire communities become stronger, more stable, and more connected.
