I am looking to pursue a fulfilling full-time position as a developer. I want to love what I do, to care about what I build, and to care about whom I am building it for. I want to have a true connection with my job and my company. I am looking to grow both as an individual and as a developer. My dream company actively supports employee growth in both of these areas; it strives to lift up each member of its community, diversely and inclusively. I am passionate about well-written code and am a staunch proponent of formatting and design. I am driven to help others and believe in the power of the individual to create positive change.    Founding engineer of GridPoint’s new Elixir/Phoenix LiveView/PostgreSQL Intelligence Platform (G.I.P.)- Collaborated directly with Sales to build configurable demo data that could be tailored to specific potential clients- Supported internal learning initiatives to teach Elixir to OOP engineers within GridPoint- Iterated with product and design to construct features that were efficient and supported client needs- Prioritized DEI as a DEI committee member, assisting the launch of GridPoint’s first ERGs- Cultivated community within Engineering by helping to organize in-person social gatherings
