About Nikki Kemp
I\'m a Montana native and recent graduate of Montana State University, where I earned my degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Hispanic Studies. My passion for health and wellness began there and continued to grow through my work as a personal trainer, where I learned how to connect with people, understand their goals, and create effective solutions tailored to their needs.Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Innovation and Management and diving deeper into business strategy, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving. This experience is helping me bridge the gap between science and business, and preparing me to take on dynamic, people-focused roles where communication, strategy, and innovation intersect.Over the past three years, I’ve worked in the fitness industry with a focus on personal training and corrective exercise. I’ve used movement assessments and structured training programs to help clients achieve meaningful results, all while building strong relationships that supported high retention and a positive, goal-oriented atmosphere. I’ve also collaborated with teammates to lead sales efforts and improve client engagement.
