I have worked at escalla (formerly Premier IT) for over 10 years. Originally a Clinical Applications trainer for their Health division, I moved into their e-learning division to work with our great team of developers, instructional designers and content writers to provide quality e-learning to public sector and corporate clients. Working with key stakeholders from the project inception to its conclusion, I help organisations to analyse their training requirements, identify the best solution and deliver quality learning that meets the needs of both the organisation and its learners. Recently this has included managing escalla\'s delivery of blended training solutions for large scale Cerner and RiO rollouts at a number of NHS Trusts, including St Georges Healthcare, Royal Free London and Barts Health.

Drawing on my years of face-to-face training and e-learning developing experience, I am a trusted advisor to NHS and Healthcare organisations helping them to realise the best learning outcomes for their staff. I work with clients to help them identify the training needs of their organisations, make recommendations regarding their approach and, where required, manage the delivery of an end-to-end training solution. We work with hundreds of organisations to develop their digital skills and help positively transform their workplaces. In 2016, we helped over people in 36 countries to do their jobs more effectively and productively. Our services include: classroom training, e-learning, apprenticeships, webinars, seminars, recruitment and induction training, sharing and promoting best practice. We do this successfully because of the partnerships we build with our clients. We work with you to understand your business and the challenges faced. This is why many of our clients use our services year after year.
