About Nikki Hoff

I care about people and processes. I have worked in the Automotive industry since 2016 in various corporate finance roles and have gained many accounting, finance, and critical thinking skills in each role (including cost accounting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and others). I have led or been involved in several \"extracurricular\" initiatives, including those which focus on recruiting, mentoring, skill development, data literacy, and building networks. I have recently become a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).I graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with a BBA in Accounting in 2016 and from Wayne State University with an MBA in 2024. I am a varsity collegiate student-athlete (soccer) turned finance professional. I like to laugh, solve problems, live well, and be outdoors (in that order)!
