In my role as HR Manager I am responsible for- Providing strategic direction across a wide range of HR matters spanning the full employee life cycle- Managing all staffing activities at sites ensuring the organisation has the appropriate skills, competencies, and resources- Ensuring compliance with Company and country fair employment practices - Leading training across the business to enhance the skill levels of the workforce, thereby contributing to the organization’s overall effectiveness- Developing and implementing the company\'s people agenda aligned to business objectives. This includes people strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, promoting a positive, high performance work environment - Developing, implementing, and continuously improving local compensation systems and processes that attract, retain, and motivate employees- Providing advice and counsel to ensure consistent application and of policies, procedures and practices to promote a productive, ethical, and compliant work environment - Providing leadership on employment legislation to ensure organisation compliance and also meet business needs. Identify people related opportunities, priorities, and potential risks- Implementing and continuously improving the effectiveness of the PBM system to enhance employee performance and development - Attending management meetings with a view to collaborate, coach and influence the leadership team - Promoting Company culture and create an environment of open communication between management and employees.
