I am an expert in NY workers\' compensation - especially the medical treatment guidelines and permanent impairment guidelines. I love reading and am always up to date on the latest and greatest developments. As a former claims supervisor I now oversee NY, NJ, PA and DE claims. As a former adjuster, I am also experienced with lost time claims in VT, MA, RI, ME, and NH. Currently licensed in NY, VT, TX, CT, NH, RI, DE and FL. As a prior practicing attorney, I have extensive experience with contracts, employment law, immigration and corporate matters. I opened my own practice in December 2011. In July 2015, I transitioned into workers\' compensation and found myself loving the world on insurance work and the overlap with the legal world.
